To support our in-house colour mixing department, we are looking for a reliable and dedicated
Colour mixer (f/m/d)
Your tasks
- Mixing of special colours according to manufacturer and customer specifications
- Sampling of desired colours with InkFormulation (ink formulation software)
- Perform quality control according to quality standards and requirements
- Creating and adapting the colour recipes and their documentation
- Setting up, operating and controlling the dosing system
- Manage the colour stock and order new colours
- Picking the orders
Your profile:
- Completed vocational training as a media technologist for printing or technical training in the field of colour science/colouristics, e.g. painter and varnisher, is desirable.
- A confident colour eye and proficient handling of offset inks
- Basic knowledge in the use of a spectral densitometer
- Good technical understanding and computer skills
- Independent, responsible and clean way of working
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection and assurance
- Good knowledge of German
