Team Leader IT (m/f/d)
Your tasks
- Professional and disciplinary management and further development of IT employees and trainees
- Development, management and support of projects with IT aspects
- Reorganisation of 1st level support in the company
- Selection, coordination and control of external partners and service providers
- Responsibility for IT infrastructure and information security
- Ensuring and implementing IT objectives and processes
- Responsibility for IT costs and the investment budget
- Advising internal departments on IT and software solutions
- Contact person for the implementation of data protection issues in the IT systems
Your profile
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics or comparable professional training
- Several years of professional experience in the IT sector of a medium-sized company as well as initial experience in leading teams and trainees are an advantage
- Sound knowledge in the conception, development and operation of IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of information security and databases is desirable
- Actively finding solutions for new tasks and challenges
- Structured, co-operative and goal-oriented way of working
- Strong hands-on mentality
- You have a strong organisational talent and are looking for innovative solutions
- High degree of personal responsibility, independence and initiative
- Very good knowledge of German and English
- Ability to solve tasks independently and autonomously
- High level of communication and social skills as well as a sense of responsibility and commitment
- Ability to work in a team, quick comprehension and organisational talent
