Your profile:

  • You have obtained the Fachhochschulreife or general higher education entrance qualification with good grades in maths, German and English.
  • You show an interest in business contexts.
  • You enjoy both administrative tasks and customer contact.
  • Curiosity and the ability to work in a team are among your strengths.
  • Reliability and punctuality are just as important to you as they are to us.
  • Using a PC is no challenge for you.

Training focus:

  • Our training model combines practical experience in the company with vocational school lessons at the Rheydt-Mülfort Vocational College and lasts 2.5-3 years.
  • During your apprenticeship, you will deal with business administration tasks and work in various departments, e.g. sales, marketing, accounting, purchasing, logistics, HR or service.
  • The training programme also includes interdepartmental and interdisciplinary
    Trainee projects.
  • We impart a broad and varied range of knowledge during the training programme. Thanks to the size of our company, the structures are ideal for familiarising yourself with many areas and understanding interrelationships.
