Team Leader Logistics (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Management and coordination of the logistics team, including the planning and organisation of daily processes
  • Ensuring efficient goods receipt, storage and dispatch as well as managing route planning and returns processing
  • Monitoring and optimisation of logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Responsibility for compliance with safety and quality standards and ISO requirements
  • Close cooperation and negotiation with suppliers, manufacturers, customers and internal departments
  • Maintaining key figures and analysing data to assess performance and implement improvements
  • Facility management and interface to external occupational safety
  • Solving problems or complaints that arise in the department
  •  

Your profile:

  • Completed training in logistics, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics
  • Sound knowledge of warehouse management and logistics processes
  • Leadership skills and experience in team organisation
  • Structured and solution-orientated way of working paired with a high degree of independence and willingness to take responsibility
  • Strong communication skills and a confident manner towards employees and external parties
