Your tasks:
- You will coordinate the day-to-day business of the management and ensure efficient preparation and follow-up of appointments.
- Consolidation of project plans and information as well as preparation of content.
- Independent assumption of projects, process improvements as well as research and familiarisation with new subject areas, primarily in the area of sales and service.
- You will plan and organise meetings and events, including the independent preparation of presentation documents.
- Independent preparation of reports and analyses.
- General administrative tasks and support for the marketing department at trade fairs or open house events.
Your profile:
- You have a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- First professional experience in a comparable position or a sales or project activity, preferably in a medium-sized company.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
- You are proficient in the use of MS Office programmes and have an affinity for digital tools and work-supporting software programmes.
- Structured, forward-looking, independent and solution-orientated working methods are among your strengths.
- You have a high degree of discretion and flexibility, which enables you to handle confidential information sensitively and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
- You enjoy working in a team and contribute to a positive working atmosphere with your co-operative nature.
- Responsible and precise way of working paired with a pronounced entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting.
- Ability to communicate clearly, respectfully and discreetly in German and English.
